recognition book cant see bottom part

Hi anyone know how you get to see the bottom part of the recognition manual as last night i was trying to identify a ship at an anglre but could not as the bottom of the periscope screen was in the way???

Any advice please

Press the Numpad Del Key (.)

Except the del key you can always press the key in the book that shows two arrows (one up one down). That way you can move the top part of the page to the bottom and vice versa.
