FRAPS Clip Compression

I had to reformat m hard drive and lost a program that I can't even remember the name of. It allowed you to compress the frap clips and you could change them to AVI and many other functions. It was a freeware but that is all I remember. Anyone have any ideas on what it was called, would like to get it back on my system.

Yep!! That was it thanks much!! Have some videos clips I want to get set up and sent off to Seth so he can see what I have done so far.
