Hi Res Ocean Texture Request

I was wondering if anyone was able to make a hi-res ocean surface texture mod, the ocean does look good atm in free spec mode when u are way above teh sea but when ur on the bridge looking around it looks like it could be a bit better....

I have dl'd teh 3d waves mod and it does improve the ocean in rough seas making the white caps more pronounced, however it doesnt address the low res sea surface...
