It should be crawling with escorts, and perhaps teamp steamers, but no big merchants or warships.

I was there in early 1941, I sank an American escort just outside the channel entrance which was fairly shallow, so i decided to leave at that point as an Armed trawler also turned up. My advice shipmate is to leave the area and patrol off the South East of Halifax, plenty of tonnage in and out of there.
