Default Silent running

I have another question, when you go silent repairs and torpedo loading stops, but if you are not loading torpedoes nor repairing anything, does it worth running silent assuming that you are ate 2kts already? Does it have influence on the sound you make?

Yes, your hydrophone man will be yelling out warships like he is at a football game. Silent running shuts everyone up!
