Left Hand Side Slideout Bar Icons

Hello,

Can anybody tell where to find a mod that replaces the icons on the left hand slide out bar? I've seen a couple of different variations in the screen shots posted in other topics. I hate the original balck and white ones. They detract from the new and improved SH3 + GWX combination!
