Promotion (GWX)

Does anybody know how much renown you've got to have to get promoted? Before GWX one needed 5000 renown to be promoted to Oberleutnant, now it seems that you need about 3000. Do you have any correct numbers?

If I read it right you need 1499 renown for that promotion in GWX.
