Default GWX - Impressions

The intro scene is really cool!

The lit ships are really great.

The added info on the F1 command is awesome.

I love the harbor addons.....

Maybe now I should at least crank up the diesels....

It's true about the depth keeping at low speeds, the boat doesn't like to just sit at two knots at 14 meters...

It keeps wanting to broach.....

Default Conning tower instruments

Black as night?

Shouldn't the compass and the telegraph be illuminated at least?

Black nights seem darker and the ships are very dark...

Checked and recalibrated my monitor using the Nvidia system and still seems overly dark....

Guess I'll have to live with it....

Reticle in UZO is black, again shouldn't it be light green at night?

Perhaps I need to reinstall some mod I had?

Game play is great, load time a little excessive, long time for missions to load up as well.

This will be my first GW exposure. I reinstalled SHIII, added the mod, and tried it out. Took the U-124 out of Lorient. So far so good.

One wierd thing. I had a little wood piece on the upper left portion of the screen which would not go away, and served no purpose. It overlayed everything, and appeared on every screen.

Is that not the stopwatch and you click and drag it to where you want?
