Historical info in Museum entries?

How come no one's thought to add historical information to the entries of each vessel in the Museum, after all the technical data? Such as, "Type II-A U-boat, diving time this, speed that, so many tubes and so many torpedoes. Description: After its inclusion into the Kriegsmarine, the II-A would quickly become Safe-Keeper's favourite sub".

It wouldn't happen to be a feature of GWX, now would it
