I flipped through it about a month back, thought about getting it, still am considering. It prety much goes boat by boat and shows paint schemes and tower insignia for each boat. Gives some short history of each one and all the flotillas. Great source for modeling if you get into that type of thing. I bought the Luftwaffe squadron one from the same line.

I picked it up about 3 weeks ago, it's not a bad book for general information about the flotillas and lists patrols/tonnage/fate of each ship. Doesn't get very technical or specific, but handy for basic reference, plus if you're Canadian you can grab it like I did for 13 bucks from Chapters (it's in the bargain section right now).
