Default Das Bernard!

Ok gentlemen, here is my second "what if" scenario , well not really a "What if" scenario, albeit on a less serious note.

If there existed a real life Bernard on board every sub in the German navy, would the U-Boat arm be out of commission as early as 1942?

I suspect it would be out in late 1939 early 1940. All sunk right at the port moorings.

Yes Bernard does but the rest of the flotilla do not and I suspect his folks do not either because they signed his paperwork so he could join...they had to get rid of him some sort of way

There couldn't be a real life Bernard because he would have been shot by the Gestapo within a week, accused of sabotage :rotfl:
