Game Paused

I have a slight problem. I'm running TGW1.1a and load it with SH3 Commander 2.6. I take snaps during my patrol and had removed the "GAME PAUSED" at #90. However, everytime I load the game with Commander, The Game Paused comes back. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Did you roll back commander before editing the files ?
If not Commander will load the file it has stored over your edited one
