Default How long untill this gets corrupted?

http://a.abcnews.com/International/s...2610175&page=1 <- Link!

Really, how ironic would that be..."committee caught frauding selection process, $500,000 dissappeared. Mo Ibrahim offers $10 million for any information that leads to the capturing of the bandits".

I never caught this before, but I think it's a great idea. Much better than throwing box of food after box of food after box of food down the drain. If the assistance is needed every single year then it's obvious the situation is not improving and a better plan, a new approach, is necessary, if the intention is not to eternize these people in their misery. As much as the corrupt rulers depend on the state, the population depend on foreign aid.

Hell is full of good intentions, but at least this man is trying something different.

Good luck to him! But I don't see the prize been won in my lifetime. Even if there was a leader who was upstanding, it does nothing to discourage the problem below this person.

There is no such thing as offical corruption!

Everything is going according to the plan, no problems exist.
