I torpedoed a couple ships in the side last night and about half of them blew up and the other half took a second torpedo.
However, I put a few headfirst almost zero angle on bow shots under a small tanker and it barely phased it. 2 torpedoes, 1 exploding 1 m under the nose and 1 exploding 1 m under the center and the ship barely sank a bit into the water. And it's not just that tanker, destroyers, cap ships, everything. I dont even bother with under the keel unless I have no other choice since all it does is make the ships sag a bit into the water. Heck, it doesnt even blow off the propellers half the time for an under the tail shot. The under keel shots are far less effective than in the side shots and I think thats backwards. What do you folks see? Last edited by crazypete; 11-09-06 at 09:16 AM. |
