Default Where is antilag.cfg in FOTRS ?

I'm reading the install manual for FOTRS

It explains how to set up the FPS properly.

My display is a Full HD display and it runs at 60 Hz.

So I would like to make sure the antilag.cfg file is set properly so the game runs at 30 fps.

But I cannot find that file. I have searched my SH4 folder for that file.
And also searched inside the FOTRS folder.

Manuals talks of an "Applet"

What is that ?

Anti-Lag is old-tech, and we should probably remove it from mention in the FotRSU documentation. If however, you are talking of the old FOTRS, which FotRSU is built on, then we cannot do anything about that. However, it should not be used on today's 'modern' computers, and you should not use the "Vertical Sync" in the game itself either (you'll get "jello water"). The game does want to run at 30fps, and if you can achieve that with the nVidia panel, excellent. My thinking on the "Max Frame Rate" is that it should be on, set to 30fps, but I might be backwards in my thinking. When in the game, you can use <Ctrl><F8> key combination and the game will display the fps at the top-center of the game screen, for you to verify results there... There is also Profile Inspector (NOT an nVidia program) that can similarly be used for such. You do have to be careful where you download that program from. In it, you set the frame rate with the refresh, in if you have a 60Hz rate, and set it to 1/2, you then end up with 30, which should limit the frame rate to the same... Front Runner and other SubSim members have really gotten deep into those waters and are much more familiar with setting the frame rate...

Just tested what the NVidia control panel frame limiter does.
Seems to work fine to put FPS to a constant 30 FPS in game.

Game launched without using NVidia control panel :

And after using the limiter inside control panel :

It does work properly.
