[REL] Traveller Mod for Operation Monsoon

It seems traveller has disappeared from the SHIV forums, for both theatres. I hope it's just a well deserved break, and not something permanent.

I am always looking forward to updates on his great mods.

I'm still modding SH4, but I won't be contributing my mods here at Subsim any more. I won't go into details. Let's just say that I'm tired of the bs that's tolerated here.
