Wolfpacks with IRAI v0.0.37

Just wondering, with IRAI v0.0.37 and without OHII full, will wolfpacks respond to contact reports?

Wolfpacks are scripted into the stock campaign and OHII
OHII adds them to a WW2 level
OHII will spawn them in wolfpack specific missions

IRAI will give them a brain

Sadly, I don't think other U-boats will spawn in response to Contact reports.

It would be great if sending a contact report during the Campaign, would sometimes result in receiving a message from one or more Uboat Captains, who give you an e.t.a. on his/their arrival in your area. It should take several days for him to spawn in the area. Meaning you have to carefully shadow a convoy without detection, for several days (Time compressed, obviously).
