Mare Nostrum starting in Kiel??

Hi

I just finished Happy Times and was offered a new sub. I took up the offer and found myself in the bunker. I then decided to take up the Mare Nostrum campaign and chose the Deliveries for Malta option. Once I did so I found myself in Kiel !!!!

This means I have to go all the way round the Atlantic Ocean and past Gibraltar !! - Is this a bug??
