Amazon, Ebay....Also you have the Steam version, as told by many users it works well with TWoS.

Personally, I have the DVD boxed . But are you searching a "CD" version"? I know only the DVD...

Be aware though that a used DVD copy of the game that is registered to some other user cannot be re-assigned to you, rendering the DVD worthless, except for target practice. I have not seen a "new" disk copy in years. My Steam version works fine with TWoS. So does my Ubisoft UConnect version...
