Awesome GUI, is it somehow possible to scale it down to 1680x1050 since this is the highest resolution my monitor supports? I would do it myself but are there things I have to watch out for?

Default 3d engine error

When i opened the game after mod instaliton the game crached and show me an error (can not intlize 3d engine) please help me!!!

Default Trouble with the Instillation

so when i get the the "preparing supplement mod" part of the installation it says "Extract the Supplement to V16 Mod archive" i have no idea what your talking about, and then can you help me figure out what they say after that please, its "Put the patched sh3.exe into that mod (into the same folder where the 4 DLLs are
located)." i also don't know what they mean there. anyway thanks and please help.

I think you might want the Realism and Gameplay-related hardcode fixes for SH3.EXE, H.sie V16B1 thread and not the ARB WideGUI thread.

I modified [G17 I6] section

to StatesColors=0x111111FF, 0x111111FF, 0xFFFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFFFF, Only part of the font color can be changed, the rest
of font cannot be modified, like these:

according to geralt's post that he said text color from orange maybe with hardcoded, it is beyond my ability in programming.

Good news: you don't need it I found these things
- you can change color of font*.tga
- you can change the color of frames when select an officer and - other ingame texts in the menu*.ini file

small example what I've learnd:
I wanted the main console text not to be white/ornge
I use the the font 'FPHunt15.tga' so I took this file and change the color for red in any photo/graphical editing software and saved as 'FPHunt16.tga' then I added new font to menu.ini and change the font udes in the main concole

as you know the color is in hex so it's RRGGBBxx I use orange
(D26400AA) and dark red (CC0000AA), the xx also in hex value means (I hope) the opacity of the color

and back again to the main console... I found that the orange 'highlighted' color it's not always orange
It depends on the basic color in font*.tga file
when the default text is e.g. blue then the highlighted is dark grey/black I guess it's the defalt (blue) + highlight (orange) = dark grey

You need to change the entire [G17 ] block there are lines responsible for the background, arrows (up and down) and text. Not only in I6!

I did all the [G17 ] block, but only the hard coding font cannot be changed.
