Find the location in the menu_1024_768.ini file

Change the font color
Color=0xE26522FF
StatesColors=0xFFFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFFFF
in the block [G17 I**]
to the color you need
