It seems to me that Fifi answered you on this subject with Hitman Optic..
Now Fifi already has a lot to do with this NYGM redesign...especially right now...
So please just point out the errors on the existing work.
stop making useless requests this is a hardcore mod...
on "Youtube" you will find tutorials of all the attack method...
On this forum too... make the effort to read and search before asking useless questions... thank you it's not a self service...!!! know that Fifi is not here at the disposal of people in order to make modes on demand you should try to make mods for this game.. then you will better understand the amount of work to be done before getting to that point.. .
I wish you good luck in your search, I'm sure you'll be fine...

Question:

Do you guys bother longer loading times, or I leave it like that ?
(By longer times, I mean around 6-7 minutes)
Knowing I will not be able to satisfy everyone …

In my answer I just pointed NYGM have Hitman optics. That was statement, not request.


I`ve also stated that I have problem finding(that is: read and search) documentation on the optics used.And that was a request to whoever knows the answer.

To tell you the truth, it doesn't bother me at all... I guess we got used to it since all Mega mods take about the same time to load and it works perfectly, Some more, and others less....


Of course, that's my personal point of view....

Hello,

The GUI in Fifi's mod has some elements from Hitman's GUI, the documentation that comes with it will have some of the information you want. The graticules have a vertical scale in miliradians (each division equals 10/16 of a degree) and a horizontal scale in degrees. The mod comes with two authentic charts from a German manual that will help you estimate distance. With regard to the U-Jagd chronometer, it can be used to measure speed using standard procedure but it will save you some math, you can read the speed on the colored line that better corresponds to the ship's length.

Load times... a bit long, are fine... gives me time to roll a cig, grab a cup o' joe aka coffee (or other drink, for that matter)...

Loading times are acceptable. Worth the wait.

Much better than WAC, that runs 10 to 12 minutes load up on my machine.

Ok guys, so… I’ll keep going with longer times
I have added many random coastal life everywhere (where there was nothing to see before) and deleted all left over Mediterranean & BS units in standalone mod.
It was useless to keep them as we have Mediterranean & BS campaign files only
Now to run tests & more tests…

Edit: encountered a problem … have to start over again on last good base

Problem gone

About loading time, adding 8 new ships gives prohibited loadings… but adding many new random traffic gives zero loading malus !! Quite incredible … I always thought adding new traffic would increase loading times :doh but no, exact same loading time!

Default Crew composition...what not to touch

Thanks for the reply. I did not see the post this was explained in but after trying to read it was not clear as to what to do.

In your reply to me you stated..."do not touch the original composition of the crew, add the sailors..the non-commissioned officers...Got it.

What does this mean, "is a machinist to complete the missing personnel?


"Do not touch anything else, neither torpedoes nor coats of arms...Got it.
"Now if one of the members doesn't have a photo, that's normal too...Got it.
"When you have passed this step...during the real patrol you can modify what you want...what does this mean?


Am I doing the above then saving in the pen and then modifying the crew add-ons or dismissals in a new mission with the same uboat?
