Yes, it is.
Sedition is inciting revolt against a government, or monarch. Monarchs can call anything sedition. Governments can make broad, or narrow, rulings.

But it doesn't change the definition or the attempt to destroy the country and the laws they swore an oath to defend.
As goofball as it is, its also very serious. There's no "equivalence" to this, no "yeah, but what about.." argument. This is an attempt to destroy the country at a time when we have a pandemic to deal with. There's also no excuse that is valid. It isn't a joke, it isn't some goofball punching himself in the nuts to make the libtards cry. This is serious. |

It's not clear to me what you are calling sedition here. Please explain.

-A candidate refusing to accept the results of an election because he lost.
-That candidate's party ignoring the law and filing foolish law suits in an attempt to start a dictatorship. Is been in the news, you should have heard about it. |

So does this SCOTUS judgement bring an early end to the pantomime season?

The author illustrates it quite well, the rest is illustrated by Trump himself and his demagogic agitation.

Trump was a Democrat in the 2000s, so can we still blame the Democrats for the ruling made by the Supreme Court justices appointed by Trump?

Well I did laugh but then again everytime I see a picture of Hillary I laugh. Yes you could say that Trump is the big loser here but most experts had already agreed that the SCOTUS would come to that conclusion. The real winners here are the Federalist Society and Mitch McConnell. This decision by these three new Justices is the exact reason why those people wanted them on the bench. Justices who would make decisions based on the Constitution rather than political bias or social justice 'feelings'.
The person who should be the most concerned with those kinds of rulings is not Trump but a guy named Joe.

God still has a plan ... if the Supreme Court had of voted in favor of Trump the early Christmas shoppers would've unleashed their anger on the big cities of America.
Cheaters never win ... someone somewhere has cheated ... the numbers will still be debated in the US Congress and the US Senate come the first part of next year. Biden's inauguration is still in jeopardy

5 Breathtaking Numbers Reveal The Unsettling Cost Of Stimulus
Rob Berger Advisor Contributor Stimulus spending sent both the FY 2020 deficit and the national debt to all time highs. Here are the numbers that show the breathtaking scope of the cost of the stimulus packages to date and the likely cost of the next round of stimulus. The Covid-19 pandemic has thrown gas on the fire. As Congress negotiates a stimulus deal, then doesn't negotiate, then holds press conferences, then leaves town, then comes back, then tweets, then has a meltdown on CNN, it's worth taking stock of just how much we've spent on Covid-19 relief. We should also take stock of what the folks in Washington are proposing we spend in what would be the fifth stimulus package. After all, our great, great, great grandchildren will have to pay for this someday. https://www.forbes.com/sites/robertb...h=6f9db5e9142b The CNN meltdown U.S. representative from California (go figure) btw wtg Wolf https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/14/polit...lus/index.html
