Default Periscope cameras: X axis rotation speed ?

Does anyone know how can I reduce X axis rotation speed of periscope cameras?
I've already tried adding axisrotation controllers to cameras.cam and UBoot_Sensors.cam but it doesn't work...Any hint?

Yes, you can restrict rotation angle but not speed...Speed is always unlimited...

The solution may be (if possible) to attach obj_turret controller to periscope so that periscope view can be coupled with parent object...
