I have my missions now in meditteran with silentotto, tonage is ok, date is ok, but my sub is same(type VIIA). I could not change it on career tracker, in last saved game folder as it said in instructiones. When i type VIIC, and load game, its my old sub. When i type VIIB/VIIA, and load game, it crashes on loading screen. I put 23nd flotilla and f8kiel, every time, of course. :/

You cant change your sub like that... What is your current rating in CareerTrack.upc file, the one you have edited?

Hm, that's useful info...I'll have to test that...

This is your problem, negative rating...You have some low tonnage or skipped patrols, neutrals sinkin ect...No new sub for you captain...

I have one question for you. If i start from begining, thinking about open horizons 2 mods or this wolfs of steel mods. Before, i've decided to install this wolfs of steel because it was easy to install(all in one mega mod). My question is, which mods are better open horizons 2 or wolfs of steel? What you honestly suggests? Thanks captain...

Why i can't run while submeged with general comands?When click on gear 4(example), engine stops to 0. Even when i click on arrows keys, same thing. And when i order to officer silent run, engine stops too, or goes up to gear 5... Only way i can handle this, is to hold crtl and make speed i want...

Open Horizons is campaign mod, part e included in TWoS. You have TWoS, then you have Open Horizons. TWoS is a "super-combination-of-mods-highly-playable-and-stable". See in the first post of this thread the mods contained in TWoS. You can see Open Horizons is included.

Activating Update 13 in the middle of Med Campaign. No problems for report.


@Vecko: about change of campaign: Do you tell us we need do not pass the date of campaign end or we could have problems and we must use the "last resource" way to passing campaign? This is a thing I can´t understand very well. (maybe my poor english). I setted the MaMa fix 2, it seems works in my W10 SH5 TWoS installation.

just for my knowledge, has this function being disabled? I can activate it during gameplay but it only lasts no more than 3 sec and it does consumes chief's engine morale I only have TWoS mod

Yes, If mama's solution works for you, then the only thing on which you have to pay attention is to meet your current campaign chapter ending date while you're on patrol and not to skip it due to patrol ending in bunker.

If, from some reason, campaign transfer screen still refuses to pop-up when camp.chapter ending date is reached or if the date is skipped due to bunker pause, then you may use my workaround to continue your campaign without loosing your progress.

The good thing is that at least one of two Mama's solution will work for most of the players so SH5 campaign progress with it is pretty much straightforward...

I understand better now. Now I´m in Med Campaign, 12/18/1940. Last objetive end date is 9/18/1941. I must be in patrol in open seas, etc, by that date, not resting in bunker. But if I pass that date in patrol, ex.: 9/23/1941: will work all OK or the passed date, altough I passed it accidentally in open seas, it´s a problem?

Are you sure, Happy Times campaign ends on 1st march 1941 and Mare Nostrum campaign starts on 15th march 1941 ?

If you find your self in patrol after MN ending date and without any visible objectives in the upper left corner of your nav map (for example 3rd December 1941), that means that your campaign transfer screen was not initiated and you will have to do my campaign workaround...

I may create an example with pictures of correctly triggered campaign transfer ...
