I respawn back at base and spot this, Dowly has arrived.

Task Force and I try an Apache attack but are rudely interrupted by an aircraft

The best 4x4xfar.

Whilst attacking a town, me and Dowly have to pause while an armour column rolls through, with its own problems to deal with...

The AIs ability to see at night is astounding.

Hmmm...

Dowly uses a satchel as a plaster for the wounded enemy...

Dowly gets a little closer to the armoured units hogging our MHQ then he anticipated.

Dowly moving the MHQ to the new strike position.

After losing control of the BMP whilst racing down a cliff to help Dowly, I'm first shot at by this T-55, and then by the infantry around it. The gun and turret is screwed so I can't fire back, so I drive up to the T-55 which doesn't shoot back, plant a satchel next to it for 30 seconds, and get back in the BMP. The T-55 then wakes up and starts shooting with the Co-ax at point blank range, but it doesn't budge, so 30 seconds later....KABOOM! One ex-T-55. Then I ran over the remaining infantry around the MHQ.

The battle against the BMP, with my cannon on the blink I had to maneuver alongside it to open fire, like the old broadsides of sailing ship warfare. Unfortunately at the end my Warrior was so beat up that it was finished off by a BRDM.

Warrior numero two, with Dowly or Arclight shuttling between base and MHQ in the Chinook.

Reloading, repairing and rearming with Raptor and Task Force in their captured T-55.

After having the Warrior crippled by a failed assault on the town, and then it repaired by Arc, I bring it back for rearming and spot this chap hanging out at the FARP...

Climbing an invisible ladder or doing the dance from 'Thriller', you decide...

Trying to dodge the rockets from the Hind, my main gun was busted again, hence why I wasn't shooting back. Sadly the Warrior was destroyed during this battle. It had served me well.

Holed up with Arclight and Dowly waiting for the retarded C-130 pilot to finally drop the bloody ammo.

Raptor and Task Force in their new toy, which is torn to shreds later by an angry BMP.

Before the Abrams gets toasted, I scoot over and grab the RPG from an RPG truck and try to kill the BMP and some infantry. Raptor doesn't realise that I've stolen the truck and Task Force gets the blame. The Abrams is toasted shortly afterwards by some very determined fire.

Dowly tries to take out a Hip with a MAAWs, it worked earlier against the Hind but missed this time. Raptor hit it with a TOW from our captured BMP instead.

The fail bus, or commie bus. A captured BMP, the same one that tore up the Abrams I think, or its partner in crime. Either way it was disabled by Dowly or Arclight with a AT missile and then repaired and captured.

Naturally Dowly sits on the side with the girly pics.

I'm glad you captured this Dowly, it's harder to portray it in screenshots:

That was hilarious, in fact the entire attack on that town was just brilliant.

Now that is ARMA2 at its best, wish I could partake in major operations like that, what a blast. Love the radio chatter.

I'm in the middle of getting the ArmA III Alpha which now is 25€/$ that is half the price you would pay if you wait untill the full game is released.
Getting it now allows you acces to the Alpha, Beta and upgrades to the full game when it's released.

Not sure about we planning to play ArmA II, I'm always open for that so we could see if we can give it another boot. But I'm pretty sure if everyone gets ArmA III we'll move onto that game.

Heard some fancy things about ArmA III which is improved over ArmA II, most known is ofcourse having actual physics.

Don't mind running the A2 server. We're not using mods atm so the barrier to entry should be minimal.

Has anyone thought about trying to form up a squad for something like the Shacktacs group. I mean, I love the Domi maps as much as the next man (they are a lot of fun) but there's rarely more than six or seven of us on at a time, so the action is scaled to that.
Just a thought, I mean, I know it'll require playing with other people on the internet, which might scare Raptor since he won't be able to do his Leeroy Jenkins into the middle of the enemy group, but it's an idea.
