In all reality, since 9/11, many barriers remain around major government installations/office buildings located in DC. From my understand the fences were up at the Capitol Jan 6. The Capitol police opened the gates letting people in.

So even yesterday, I thought the odds were only 50/50. The polls actually all pointed to a Trump victory if you took the time to analyze them, but voter turnout on election day can often tip the scale in a tight race.

Looking through the results state by state, Trump's victory is pretty decisive. Even taking into account the uncounted ballots, there is no credible path to a theoretical Harris victory.

Plus even if the Harris team was weighing its legal options (which I am convinced they are), Trump's margin of victory is wide enough in the close swing states that it would impossible for her to win, so I doubt they will challenge the election. I expect we will hear a Harris concession speech today.

What does this tell us(particularly me)? The media can not always make the candidate. In the polling thread I stated Harris to win as she has the lying media on her side. As of today, that is not the case.
