Can it, how so? How does that then override the the States constitution and rights and the fact Biden just stated there is no federal solution? That's the crux of it and that's the Supreme Courts call even though one of the new members couldn't describe the First Amendment...

You can argue a lot into what "promote the general Welfare" means then and now.

Everything about the constitution seems to me is prevent the very thing you seek the government and the Supreme Court to do. Especially for something that is fast becoming as dangerous as the common cold, like omnikron. I’m also pretty sure the Supreme Court isn’t in the business of arbitrarily taking on subjects and ruling by decree either. For them to make a judgement there must have been a argument brought before them. Here’s your big chance present your argument.

Look at the science of the progression of pandemic flu virus they eventually become a non event. This isn’t polio, measles, chick pox where you are vaccinated and you’re done. This is a flu variant ever changing extremely hard to keep up with and pin down. I’ve had COVID, I have anti bodies why in blue farking blazes would you now demand I get vaccinated. Why not start testing for anti-bodies instead of virus? Why haven’t there been any herd immunity studies? Why not allow doctors to speak about alternative treatments and therapy instead of demonizing them and the therapy. Why no media coverage about what Japan and others countries doing? There’s more to life than this narrow minded point of view that only the vaccine can save you therefore by decree you shall be injected.

And top on my list is why are leaders seemingly so disinterested in following the rules they demand we do?


IMO the best way to stay out of the hospital is to eat healthy and excercise. Instead of building u/v boxes how about you go outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. I got vaccinated. You want to get vaccinated good on you hope it’s everything you dreamed it would be. But if those that dont want too let them be who knows 55 years from now when we can finally see how this approval process went about we may just discover it was they who were the smart ones.
