Can someone tell me why some of my crew members are standing like Michael Jackson ?

Seams your sys run out of memory, if using a 32 bit os and / or with only 2gb ram, do a search for the "3 gb byte switch", "4 gb patch" (large address aware solutions) for the different os / configuration cases (winXP, Vista32 bit etc). Even if running on a 64 bit system with more than 2 gb ram, the os needs to know that the app can handle more than 2gb ram.

I have read their descriptions and if I understood right, the first mod is about highly increased torp damage while the second introduces the increased random numbers roll.
