Default flat sun

I did try the lone Flat Sun Fix by Makman (Magui stuff) and it did work, but for some reason it was messing with my horizon. Once I loaded this water mod I turned it off. I can live with the flat sun...for now.

Same problem here with the flat sun.

And I can't live with that. I need my sunsets/rises.

How to fix this? Anyone?

Default sun

Maybe we ought to throw Makman and Rik007 into a locked room and get something fixed up?

I use MEPv3 also, and the flat sun fix with this mod really goofs up my horizon....too bad.

About the flat sun... if I set up 8xAA (Antialiasing) I've got the flat sun too, if I set up 2x AA or 4xAA all works fine for me no more flat sun. I'm running GWX 3.0 gold wih this mod by the way.Maybe this helps someone?

Magic, Thank you very much. It is indeed playing with the settings to get the sun correctly.

Thanks for the advice, Magic.

But I've allready tried those settings Rubini suggested and I still can't get the sun halo to work with this mod.

So I really don't know what to do...

really like this mod which makes this ever so annoying, all the halo fixes for other mods work and the SH4 halo bug on ati cards was also fixed by patches to env mods.

is there no simple fix for this? what did other env mods do to correct this issue?
