I'm with Miner1436. I've always like that Japanese carriers. They all have such unique designs. Looking forward to both the Akagi and the Kaga. Do you have any plans for the Hiyo class carriers in the near future (Junyo and Hiyo).

If you're looking for details on the Kaga, this might help.

BTW, the Enterprise look great.

Just playing my first career now that I got all the bugs worked out on my end..runs smooth.

Anyway to activate the freecam in the sub.

Right now I just loaded FORS and see some bug fixed. Mostly I want a historical, but balanced game...TMO is great, AI a little powerful. With all the mods, I can hardly finish a career.

I loaded hud mod...see no problems.

Is the AI the same as TMO 163.

I would love to see a SS of what mods people are using with this..so I'm not missiong out, beside all the ship fixes.

Hope you guys can work together. Would love to see RSRD worked in, some minor changes..just keep em coming.

hi tried downloading your carrier upgrade v 1.0,i get to about 94% downloaded,then my anti-virus kicks in, stopping me from downloading,saying that its detected a virus{malware} im using avast anti-virus any suggestions on how to get this carrier upgrade v1.0?

BTW, I've started testing FOTRS with several 1.4 and 1.5 stock missions and war patrols, to see what works and what crashes. I have a thread at the UBI forums (which are not loading atm) but I just finished Jeff's "Aleutians Encounter" and it works perfectly. New units show up for merchants. No new warships, however, but you have a choice of several DD's, a naka, mogami with aft carrier deck ect so not like the lack of new warships is an issue. With the new fire effects, this one was great to replay, as the convoy runs you over and you start launching torpedo you end up crippling a warship or 2 leaving a flaming fuel leak behind

I will continue sticking missions from stock in FOTRS and reporting which ones work and do not, if anyone is curious.

Now that I have DL it with all of the fixes Do I install it in SH4 1.5 as I would any other mods? I have been using FOTRS in v1.4 and have completed 10 patrols, however, before I remove v1.4 and reinstall UBM I would like to see how it is set up in your mods.

I just did a patrol which didnt work out for some reason but i was ordered to do a patrol just of Milan I got a radar contant NW of my position 5 posswible targets, but all of a sudden my pc slowed down big style (1st mission of the day) oh the day was 23/06/44 I have external cams enabled but what i saw was not a convoy of 4 ships but it looked like an Invasion force consisting of crusiers,DD'S thats all i saw before i got a ctd.

joking apart i'm experiencing stranges slowdowns too...especially when I encounter some grouped contacts and I don't attack them...the game dont resume it's normal speed and im forced to abandon patrol

Please tell me which resolution you play and how many ram you got on your System and Graphiccard.

FOTRS needs 2 Gigabyte Memory. Without this you cant play it.

i also get a slow down in fps rate especially if i patrol of Luzon, my graphics card is a g force 8400 gs my ram is 2 gig and am running vista and yes i have the latest drivers for my card as well,and i also got anouther CTD tonight on a convoy that's twice now, me thicks there something wrong somewhere?

I can't load a save near truk. If I am in the slow zone and try to save and reload the system memory on task manager goes to 7 figures and stays there, and does nothing and I need to kill the program. I doubt my next computer will have such an issue however. By that time gfx cards will have 1024 megs of ram as the midrange (if they don't already) and 4ghz easy.

I got the permanent slowdowns when I encounter convoys composed by 3 troop transports sailing without warship escort...last time it happened was 100nm east of the Okinawa archipelago...but it happened in other places too...
