No, this update is really just for the moon & sun size, if you like em as is then leave.

Default question

Hi, I am using SHIV Scene for SH3 16k v3b

The mod is beautiful and the best environmental mod I can find for stock SH3. Two questions, is it possible to darken the night a little.. and get rid of the blobs in the night sky?

Pics below (midnight)

It's been a to long time since I tested this particular mod, but I'm afraid that the blobs or splotches are part of the game's night sky.

It's the way the engine renders the night, and it's most obvious for people witch LCD Screens.

No remedies for that AFAIK...

You're not wrong Myxale, this mod died years ago!!
As Myxale explained it Steve that is a SHIII "bug", though not really, at the time of release it was a huge step ahead for the SH series but believe me, we all tried to fix this, similar problem underwater! Now if you could take the graphics of SHV and put in SHIII it would be almost perfect!! Though for some reason I'm not going down that road!!
If you can find some earlier versions of the mod it included various versions of the ENV\Skycolors for differing levels of night brightness.
