I can't take credit for the idea. sqk7744 started this whole ball rolling and he's the one providing the site and the file hosting. I'm just the "hired help":rotfl: who joined the team after it had picked up steam (I'm a poet and don't know it ). Thanks for the kudos on the work though.

Took my boat out on her second patrol yesterday. 5 more notches on her bed-post! :rotfl:

The patrol ended abruptly when the Electric Company did the whole city block a disfavor and plunged us into darkness at 06:00 Bad news for my ailing power supply unit, but it survived.

Nice pics, beasty, thanks for sharing Glad to hear the PSU survived the SNAFU in the AC, may be time for a UPS (and, no, I don't mean a brown truck:rotfl: ).

Nah...a new PSU to replace the dying one is the last thing this Brontosaurus of a PC will receive. I'll certainly consider getting a UPS when we get a new machine, though. The Greek Electric Company is only good at two things: overcharging us, and creating a highly unreliable electric grid, with lots of blackouts and/or brownouts

True, D_T has done a neat job, there. And yeah, just looking at that emblem makes me realize what a royal PITA it must have been to crop it! Good stuff there, sqk7744! You guys really deliver!

Recently, a special request came in for a killflag skin with a little history behind it. snakeyez requested a "decommisioning day" skin of SS198 USS Tambor. His grandfather served in the Silent Service during WWII and was a member of Tambor's crew on it's decommissioning day and took the photo below. The screenshot to the right of the pic is the result of this effort (and YES, those hull numbers appear correctly on both sides of the boat )
