Yeah, he screwed up and yes it ended up being the points differential. Still, I'd say that Yates' three interceptions played a much bigger role in that loss. Not sure why people aren't pointing the finger at him.

Because he's a rookie and it's kind of to be expected. He picked a fine time to show his rookie-ness.

Jacoby Jones has been around long enough not to make the stupid mistake he did that ended up being the difference in the game. I hope they cut him and bring in a decent #2 WR this offseason. Bookend someone decent with Andre Johnson, move Kevin Walter to the slot, and I think we'll have a legit Super Bowl shot.

Smart time management, or foolish move?

Smart time management and a play that didn't work out as intended. Patriots almost had it.

Super-Handegg Sunday usually results in plenty of that.

It's pretty bad when your defense cannot stop the other team so you let them score to get the ball back.

The Brady/Belichick Era is Over. Tom Brady will never see another Super Bowl.

Tuck that!

I don't know if the Pats era is over, but I do know that I will have to hear the Giants fans at work tomorrow. Blech.

That was more a gaff on the Giants part than the Pats. Bradshaw stops short of the end-zone and the game is over at that point ( clock runs down that much more, etc. ). By letting him score the Pats get the ball back with a minute left in the game. So the play made sense, they were going to have to score a TD regardless.

I don't think it is over yet. This is a good draft class ( 2012 ) and the Pats have a ton of picks.....
