There is so many problems with the graphics I don't even know where to start:
1) the font is completely wrong: maybe good for nuclear sub simulator but, for crying out of loud, use something with better historical value
2) which kaleun (in right state of mind) would order blowing emergency ballast to pop on the surface right after torpedoing capital warship from aft tube(s)...
3) right in the middle of the task force and...
4) right into the bullets from strafing airplanes?????

And I kinda agree, the last SH4 game and now SH5 have really overblown war scenes, to the point of being silly. And like so many other images that people have posted, like the short crew/high conning tower arguement, I said you need to have arrows and captions on the image of the SH5 box pointing out the flaws.

How could you miss that? Oh, I can see how!

It's been done. A book called "The Night Boat" about a sunken U-boat in the Caribbean that gets disturbed by a diver and proceeds to haunt the isles with a zombie crew. I knew that looked familiar.

Hmm, if there is a nuke in it, might be a good book.

Gotcha, Neal (sorry for misspelling your name. I am so bummed by the news about the SHV that I didn't re-read my post )
You're right: I missed the thread about short crew/high conning tower argument...

Wait, a doc about a US fleet boat with a U-boot game? Don't get me wrong, I'll watch it with great pleasure, but I'm sure it's gonna be a primary target for the "negative side".

Who cares about the bloody cover? ,
It could have a picture of a unflushed toilet on the front for all i care, so long as the game itself is alright.

Guys it's just box art, who cares?? They'll have given the task of designing the box art to some muppet in advertising, who dosen't have a clue about the game and told him to make a cover that looks cool.

Yeah, i don't care as well for the cover!

Now just to give the opinion from someone who works with photoshop sometimes for a living (restaurant menus, website design etc.), this cover design (white plain letters surrounded by black topped with 5 using worn out reddish tone, the background for DVD-rom logo and its worn out white-reddish "PC DVD ONLINE" logo that looks like an old fridge or appliances logo way back in the 80's, choices of colours combinations/contrast of the two pictures and a bunch of other things) makes it looking totally out dated IMHO. Sort of like it was a cover for a game released 10 to 15 years ago...!!! Am I the only one that has this feeling?
