It depends.
Anyway after bad expieriences with SHIII Polish version I`ve decided to wait a little more and get the game from UK. SHIII in Poland was delayed for about month IIRC and the 1.4b patch was delayed at least two months, beeing for several weeks the "next week out!" issue. One week delay is not that much, considering delays are so common. Remember SHIII after the decision was made to create dynamic campaign ? The decision was 100% right but it forced six months delay.
