SH4 release delayed (only in Germany?)
I just got an email from amazon.de saying that SH4 won't be released on March 15th but on March 22nd. I don't know if it just applies to the German release or if it's a world wide delay.:nope:

Rings a bell
These things make me sick allready. It's a habit for all game producers to delay release dates. No comment.
|
it wouldn't surprise me but its not a significant delay, talking of which wouldn't mind surprise me anyway
|

The German government can be quite strict on computer games, perhaps they require a few small modifications before it will be concidered acceptable.
10 days is not alot of time to wait though. |

So I guess it's just a normal delay because somebody srewed it up again.:88) |
Yeah, just got the email too.
Meh, only a few days. I'll be in Australia for all of March. Either way I'm still going to have a fresh copy waiting for me when I get back here on the 31. Now, if it doesn't have an English language option, that's going to piss me off. |
Possibly, or even better, the Atlantic may be populated with german vessels and require swastikas removed...
We can hope... Edit: 7 year olds are already well on thier way to killing things, playing with starwars figurines shooting eachother. My Nephew (about 7-8) was watching dragon ball Z the other day, and he held out somthing that looked like a knife and asked his brother (8-9) "Do you think you could stab someone with this ?" I was surprised, but he is a pretty normal kid, naughty sometimes... I think the age rating mainly relates to Gore, not killing things |
Most likely it's the translations of voice and text I would think.

Backgroud: Swastikas in games are forbidden in France, Austria and Germany Ubisoft probably does not want the same happened with SHIV because the recall costs Ubisoft money. |
Yes Polititions are like alot of parents, so busy telling children how to behave the dont get to see how they do behave when they are not around. If they could remember thier own childhood they would realise nothing has changed. I remember mine and we were just as bad. I have never been arrested or banned from an internet forum. They do it to gain the Vote from the parents, and that propaganda simply brainwashes some parents into losing contact with thier children or causing them to rebel.
I find it quite sad. Edit: Tonight on the News there were some polititions talking about trialing these new electric cars (Which cant even go on the freeway due to thier speed) Directly afterwards there was a comercial from the power company asking people not to run Airconditioners between 3 and 5 pm because the infastructure cant handle the demand...they have been taking about this "looming" crisis for 3 years, but have done nothing. Polititions are the same the world over. |
