Heard the B52 first in the 1970ies, was seldom played but i recorded all that i could get my Hands on, on cassette .. BFBS those were the days

The B52s first album was groundbreaking and very original. A lot of people sat up and took notice of them.

Everything after that I never really got into, with one or two exceptions, "Roam" being one. Kate Pierson's soaring vocals still thrill me.

There used to a guy called Ambrose, he had a youtube channel dedicated to the B52s ( he was a big fan ). On his channel he had a lot of music videos he'd made himself. Really good clever stuff. But it's not there anymore - a damn shame.
