I'd wanted to post this for a while...

In February of 2020, lead guitarist/vocalist for the band Gang Of Four, Andy Gill, passed away at the age of 64 from complications of pneumonia. In addition to being a member of Gang Of Four, he was a well-respected record producer who produced albums for artists such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Stranglers, Michael Hutchence, Killing Joke, and many others. He had a unique guitar style and stage presence:

I really liked Gang Of Four ever since I heard their first single way back long ago and I really liked Andy Gill's style of guitar playing. He was a sight to see, either standing stone still, with an expression on his face as if he was about to explode, or stalking the stage with grim determination. He was unique and uniquely talented...

RIP, belatedly, Andy Gill, and thanks for all the great music and sounds...
