Yesterday (Dec 28) I requested a new boat, the USS Permit, but did not have a link to the boat's battle flag at the time. I have since found one here:

The page shows two images, an early war and a late war version. I like both, but since my current career is still in December 1941 I guess that the early war version is appropriate.

Musta been a crack in the floor somewhere, because that one fell through something . Our apologies, sir, to you and big tip of the hat for your patience. It'll probably be in the AM (I know it will for this old fart ) before we can get going on it, but we should be able to get at least your flags and conning tower out to you tomorrow. Don't feel guilty, CDR, back a few pages ago, I asked everyone who was waiting on a boat to send in a new commission request so that we could make sure we were making the boats that were needed the most. There's no sense in anyone sitting there waiting if your original request has slipped somwhere. I'm guessing that there's a spam filter somewhere eating up requests and we never get to see them.

Anyway, I'll get started on both the boats that fell through the cracks and should have them ready sometime today (good lord willing and the creek don't rise). Thanks for your patience, skipper
