Can you give me more information about the "crash into wall".

Where is this happening? Is it the same spot each time?
What speed did you set? What TC were you using?

Most problems with the Harbour pilot script is caused when you hit a ship at high TC and deflect off to hit the wall.
Monitor the pilot from map view at TC64 and drop to TC1 when you see a ship.
Drop speed to slow and most the time the ship will try and get out of your way.


TDW has sent me his new code for the script commands.
The next version of harbour pilot will have some safety features to do all the above points without you having to watch it

I must confess I'm experiencing quite a lot of CTDs at the moment... sometimes no CTD for hours, but it will happen for sure at one point. Last patrol (completed in several playthroughs), I probably experienced something like 7-8 CTDs... and a couple of corrupted saves, especially near kiel canal when going home

got win7 and 4gb of ram

Can someone look over my mods and load order and let me know please if im missing anything, i spent quite a while last night reading up and installing those mods and i feel like im still missing something.

One more advise for the beginning: read the current thread and just have a look at the mod-lists of subsim-guru just to understand which mods are really necessary for the game key-improvement, and to figure out the mod-positioning order

A previous version is in it yes. If you want to use the latest version then you need to install it. There really is no reason to run a previous version unless you just want to.

MO includes the older version of NewUIs (6.3.7), which is not compatible with some mods developed later. So its all up to You, fellow

more than likely you're crashing on out of memory. You really need a 64 bit OS with > 4GB memory to run this game modded out good (especially if you have a video card with lots of memory on it i.e. >= 1GB)

Open up task manager (ctrl+alt+del) and click the performance tab. Watch the memory slider. Start the game. Monitor that while the game is playing. You'll be surprised how much memory SH5 uses (modded). My UIs mod loves memory.

If U mean OH-II (full version, beta testing), there could be dozens of reasons why it crashes at various stages of game/campaign progress I think nobody here have passed over the whole OH-II campaign. Have a look at the following thread http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=185409

Thanks for the info guys. I am starting a new campaign tonight with the following mods. Hope all goes better. My last/first patrol of last campaign I had 3 CTDs while TC. I highlighted one mod in yellow I was not sure where to put in the mod list
