Well, I think only one missile actually failed and that was the Typo, the others were deactivated/self-destructed in the sea deliberately.
Though the shooting down conspiracy theory may have a small grain of truth in it, didn't the US ship out a Tico to the sea of Japan especially for the Typo?
Though 45 seconds...how far up and out to sea d'ya think it could be in 45 seconds.... :hmm:

Whoever wrote that article is my bloody hero. Ive been saying for years we need to leave south korea, and he said it far more elequently then i ever could.

NK isn't a major problem. They've been playing the game of brinksmanship for years. All we really have to do is Just keep them contained and it will eventually fold in on itself. Sanctions might hurry that process along, but if NK is as bad off as the linked article suggests, they might be desperate enough to try something stupid, then again, they might not be capable of it either.

They're playing chicken with us, they always have been, and always will be. They can't last forever, and they must be close to folding.

Very interesting read. I always thought that NK was still somewhat the menace it was back in the 50's.
