I'm not sure, but I think the default WinRar can unzip it.

You can try googling for it. Search for winrar or 7z

I cant get SH-commander to work... It says something about "File acess denied" ??? but the files is not write-protected...

anyone know wahts wrong?

I hear that you need administrative access to use SH3 Commander, but I'm not entirely sure.
