No one is shutting down discussion as there was little discussion, just post after post about how bad Obama is and how he is destroying America in particular how you feel about him. Now you can post in the merged thread or this one but when I come into GT and see several Obama related threads that are nothing but opinion generated as fact and that they seem to be dominating GT then house will be cleaned.

I don't know if you were here at the time but we had a user called subman1 who basically spammed GT funnily enough about Obama. He was warned on countless occasions and eventually brigged. Now I don't like doing that and don't want to but it is just a lesson. Please take heed.

He laid out the rules very clearly. Ignore them if you want, but it will be at your own risk.

The Subsim forums are, essentially, a bit of electronic private property that the owner has opened up for public use, with the terms of use posted for all to see. You can "look at it" any way you like, but your perspective isn't the one that sets the terms or decides if and when they're being violated.

Imagine walking into someone's home, taking a dump on their carpet, and then arguing that you have every right to do so even when it's pointed out to you that 1) there's a sign on the wall saying "Don't Crap Here, signed, The Owner" and 2) others have been forcibly removed from the place by the owner or his representatives for doing exactly the same thing. Surely you understand the concept of private property and the rights of a property owner to set the terms regarding who's allowed to be there and who isn't?

And this is how it is, this is Neal's place (yes, I have challenged that argument many a times, not proud of those moments). Neal is the one who pays the bills from his own money and whatever donations he gets. So, Bubblehead, if you don't like how the system works here, leave.
