I couldn't vote for any of those. Though I don't consider metal to be 'classic' rock, they are all great.
I had my "steamwake" spell checher on.

The Scorpions.

ooh, I'd forgotten about them.
Despite their slight leanings towards 'cock-rock', I liked the scorpions.

adds to the music thread....

The home of rock music is America of course but UK and Australia aren't too far behind.

The way the mind works...it's rather silly that one reason why I associate UK and good music is because of Virgin Radio Classic Rock (now Absolute). I was very happy when I discovered that online radio. Next week I'll be in London for the first time. Can't wait to listen to Leona Graham without a browser.

Another reason is the Beatles and the Abbey road, lol.

Anyway if there is a classic rock song that I enjoy the most then that is More Than a Feeling by the american band Boston.

Do you have an all-time fav?

Oh, and my personal favorite classic rock song was never a radio hit: Today, by Jefferson Airplane. No wait, the Airplane's entire first six albums. That was the best classic rock song ever.

UK without a doubt!! The others have had some good groups but even in Australia groups such as Bee Gees were still English! Sorry TJ!

Your Led Zeppelin point/choice is a good one because they are all excellent tracks but aergistal asked for an all time favourite so I had to pick one.

Here's one of many I could have chosen - Celebration Day (on vinyl)

Now Jefferson Airplane

A bit too hippy like for me I'm afraid

I know. I just have a dislike for most of their later music, and I've never know why. Actually my tastes are so weird that I've always prefered the Jeff Beck to LZ.

Well, having been a teenager in the '60s I'm kind of still a hippy myself.
