Er, you're asking which country produces X where X is an American genre (I had to look up "classic rock" on Wikipedia to figure that out). So I'm guessing the answer is... America! Or it could be 42.

When one of the younger workers complained about always listening to 'Classic Rock' I said "Let's do a test. Point to one song you love to listen to that forty years from now you will be able to show to a youngster then and say 'Now that was great music.'" He walked away.
