Do you mean you can't download the mod?
EDIT: I repacked the mod (download file is now smaller), added a readme and version number 00.00. You can find it here: http://www.filefront.com/17278873/Ki...0-repacked.7z/ As to screenshots posted by mod author - seems he deleted his Filefront account, which is why you are unable to download the screenshots uploaded by him.

Bump for a great mod. These textures are gorgeous and if loaded before Steelvikings interior, Sobers Multi-color and Dooms Deck mods it really makes the game look great. Not sure why these have not been loaded into downloads/graphics or why a talented modder got run off.

Excellent work i am sorry this gentleman departed. When i first load the U boot in V he looks like he has just been launched and never seen the sea. This is much improved... danke.
