Another week passes and we find out a localized version is now available retail in Russia, but there's been absolutely NO communication about this vital patch to the rest of the world which is nearing 3 weeks overdue.
You want to say... in this case, russian users are RC testers... lol.

Communique from Buka (fragments On April, 15th):

And that's all.
Other communique was not...

Yes, I know. Some of the mods did not install when using that so I had to put them manually .

I'm late to the party, so this have probably been mentioned before, but I remember a fairly high number of the same bugs being fixed in patches for sh3 too. Looks like ubi never learns

Anyway, on to something slightly less constructive.

I love the SH serie and really hope that ubi will finally start to really listen to their community this time around.

definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over the same way, and expecting a different outcome.
good luck with that.

Default Maybe they have faith in us.

Maybe the reason Ubisoft isn't releasing the patch for the U.S. is because they think we already fixed the problems ourselves with mods from sites like this one.

so they can focus on the bugs the modders can not fix

But that's not the same as said before?

"Indefinitely" is better than ever, I suppose.

That pretty much tells me that the focus for the game is going away.
This does not bode well for further patches.
Certainly the priorities are elsewhere, with more profitable ventures i would say.
That's life.
That's business.
