Erhm...my apology to you English is not my native language so maybe I didn't make myself clear enough...I certainly didn't mean to underestimate the great work you have all put into this game with big success. What I meant, but failed to explain clearly enough, is that the majority of all the new models are always focused on GWX, I didn't mean to complain in any way about the way NYGM is......the remark that "NYGM desperately needs etc. " was stupid, I can see that now and I take it back.

But I just wondered what would happen if a model made for GWX was installed in NYGM? Daft question perhaps, but is the difference really that big?

First, apologies since I mis-spelled your name in my last post.

Second, speaking of the Type VII model,

Tomi - your pictures. Yesterday my Broadband connection failed, and it was necessary to read this thread on a telephone connection. Your pictures are much too large for easy downloading! Can you make future pictures smaller, please? Some persons have to use the telephone connection every day, in order to read SubSim. (Other people, please note too.)

I do not think that Tomi's VIIC or VIID boats will crash in NYGM. However, I have not checked. But it is very likely that their behaviour will be different when you sail them against the enemy. They might be much more easily detected, for example.
Presumably these boats could be modified to the NYGM pattern. But I would like to see them completed before we make any decisions. They certainly look exciting.

Yeah exactly! That's what I thought too Tomi's models look so real and the thought of a IXD2 (my favourite boat) made in the same detail simply makes me drewl hehe.

By the way Stiebler, sorry if I use this thread for something that wasn't intented, but would it be possible perhaps to make the Indian ocean as trafficated as it is in the GWX campaign? I don't have much experience with modding, but is it possible to actually copy the trafic from one campaign file to the other for example?

Tomi_099's VII series model are not compatible with GWX 2.0. They're only compatible with GWX 1.03 and stock. He's working on it. Give him some time guys hes working alone.
