If you are talking about decadent off road vehicles, I would like to offer up the Jeep Hurricane.
It is equipped with two 5.7 liter V-8 engines for a total of 650 hp and 740 pound foot of torque. With a weight of just over 3,000 pounds I am not sure how you can use anywhere near that power. I wonder what the gas mileage is?
